Morning - Power session at the gym, its been a while since I had done one of these and I can tell ya I was feeling it.
Afternoon - 3 sets of 4 60m sprints and Im thinking I mite go to the skatepark soon for a ride
Morning - Headed on down to liverpool bmx track with Michael Clunne from Musclebeach.com.au it was fairly windy but we still had a good session.
Afternoon - Went back to liverpool bmx for gate starts.
Morning - Went down to the local park today and did a Plyometrics session, Im new to this so I'll let you know the details when I get more into it.
Afternoon - 3 Sets of 3 100meter sprints
